Already registered but now given club account
It is great that you have already been using TopTekkers for your child!
There are two options for you now that your Club have signed you up too. If you would like to keep your original account please email our help desk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to start over with the new account please follow the instructions below;
When you login to your parent account that you already have, you will see the child account with the username that you have already set up, and you will also see an account with random capital letters. That one is your Club account. You will need to select this account and edit.
Once you have successfully set up the Club account, you will need to delete the extra account you created. To do this, make sure you are logged in to your parent account and click on your name in the top right corner to access "My Account". Then, click the "Billing" tab which will show you your different accounts which will have a delete option.
