My Club said I have a free account through them but my TopTekkers account says "free trial". What do I need to do?

You have set up an account in addition to, and separate from, the account that the Club have allocated to you. You can easily resolve this issue.

When you login to your parent account that you already have, click on "Dashboard" and you will see the child account with the username that you have already set up, and you will also see an account with random capital letters. That one is your Club account. You will need to edit that child and set up the account with a different username and password.

Once you have successfully set up the Club account, you will need to delete the extra account you created. To do this, please make sure you are logged in to your parent account and click on your name in the top right corner to access "My Account". Then, click the "Billing" tab which will show you your different accounts. From there you can see which to delete (please don't delete the Club one! Please delete the extra account with the old username).
